In the midst of a global pandemic, I found myself in a place of uncertainty. Like many, I was searching for a way to navigate through the storm. It was during this time that I discovered yoga—not just as an exercise, but as a powerful tool for transformation. What began as a personal quest for calm soon turned into a deep commitment to helping others. I completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training to ensure I give professional guidance to clients as they find their own balance and mindfulness.
With years of practice and a background in health sciences, I bring a unique perspective to my teaching. My solid understanding of Yoga Anatomy allows me to offer tailored guidance. As a Registered Yoga Instructor, I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. My classes are more than just workouts; they’re nurturing spaces where you can explore self-love and inner peace. I pride myself on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, inviting everyone to embark on their unique journeys, no matter where they’re starting from.
